This season, we were moved by the Forest. Trips to soak in the Forest are life giving, either at Squirrel Lake Park or at Dupont National Forest. Both are treasures.

We believe the BODY is a miraculous creation. And as the Forest is home to various eco-systems, our Bodies are homes.  With that in mind, this season we are NOURISHING it.

Introducing...

​

 THE WAY WE MOVE latte.   Inspired by the song created by Langhorne Slim & The Law...we created a latte reaching the cellular level. Using locally harvested pine needles (known for large amounts of Vitamin C, aiding in respiratory health, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory) it has strength to help keep those "spikes" at bay. With added benefit by using local, Dancing Bees, honey. This latte is a power-punch for your immune system.

Hidden Gem Tonic. Inspired by Lulu's love for adventure and finding gems in the Wild, we present a tonic using Chlorophyll, "a green pigment in plants responsible for harvesting the sun’s energy in photosynthesis. Known to support your body on both a molecular and cellular level, chlorophyll promotes intestinal, digestive and immune health". Enjoy it Lulu's favorite way.

A DOOR IN THE WALL Americano. Inspired by the book A Door in the Wall written by Marguerite de Angeli. Did you know that coffee and honey have been proven to naturally help relieve coughs.  Studies show it even rivals steroids. We'll help you make a door in the wall, by hand -crafting an energizing and delicious natural cough reliever.

4-Mile Walker. We love our Greenway.  We spend so much time exploring the Gem in Matthews.  When it's cold, we take our sipping chocolate out with us and we'd love to share it with you.  FOR A LIMITED TIME, this Kismet Cacao Tonic is a gentle, organic blend of raw, heirloom, Arriba Nacional cacao, ceylon cinnamon, sea salt, vanilla bean, stevia, and lion’s mane mushroom extract.

Lulu Elderberry Latte -  boost your immune system the Lulu way. Featuring Honest Elderberry Syrup infused into honey milk.

 

Leeli’s Song - enchanting latte that melds ginger, turmeric, lemongrass, black pepper and spicy pepper brittle with a caramel finish to bring a symphony of flavors to life.  Powerful and sweet.  Known to  make a sea dragon sing.

Teton Chaga Latte - wildcrafted chaga mushrooms, roasted dandelion, chicory and astragalus with a touch of cocoa to bring you a non-caffeinated, nourishing latte.

 

Mamaita Hot Cocoa - hot cocoa inspired by Debbie's mama. A little spicy, a little sweet, a whole lot of love.
